Klamath Falls it is basketball season and the Hustlin’ Owls of Oregon Tech start the season off with Simpson University (Calif.) at home tonight.

Pre-season NAIA Division II coaches polls rank the men at #16 in the nation and #3 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference.

Owls are lead by head coach, Justin Parnell.

Last season the owls finished 24-10 overall and 15-5 in conference play. Tech placed 2nd in the CCC regular season and runner-up in the conference tournament. Tech entered the National Tournament with a 5th seed but fell in the round of 32. Last season the Owls were ranked as high as #15 in the NAIA Division II National Poll.
