Annette Fowler Joins Cascade Comprehensive Care as New Chief Operating Officer

Klamath Falls, OR – On March 5, 2018, Annette Fowler joined the Klamath Falls-based medical management company Cascade Comprehensive Care, Inc. (CCC) as its new Chief Operating Officer (“COO”), a new position with CCC.

As the COO, she will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for CCC’s programs and services and will manage key staff leaders. She will be an essential contributor to the executive team as we continue to grow CCC’s enterprise and strengthen its culture. She will also work with Cascade Health Alliance (CHA) to provide its members and stakeholders with unmatched services.

Annette joins the company after her last position as chief operating officer at Physician Anesthesia Services, Inc. in Seattle.  She also worked as the Regional Vice President of Operations-Oregon-Washington-Alaska for Fresenius Medical Services in Portland; Senior Director of Operations for Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN and was VP of Quality and Process Improvement for the Medicare and Medicaid sections of United Health Group in Minnesota.

She received her MBA at the University of Findlay, Ohio, and obtained certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management. She received her BA in Healthcare Administration at Spring Arbor College in Michigan.

Annette Fowler is excited about the opportunities to hike and kayak in Klamath Falls. She loves to cook, spend time with family and friends, and most of all, to spend time with her dog who is in training as a therapy dog.
