The following statement was provided by Robert Constantine, Vice President of Marketing for iQor:

“As is required by law, iQor has issued a WARN [Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act] notice for our Klamath Falls operations due to current business circumstances. As previously communicated to our employees, there are ongoing efforts to contract with another client to continue operations in Klamath Falls but at this time, we do not have a signed contract to continue operations. Should we be successful in that venture, the previously issued WARN notification will be withdrawn or modified. We care for our employees deeply, and understand the stress this is causing to them, their families and the Klamath Falls community. We are working hard to achieve a more favorable outcome.”
