Photo Story: Mazama High School Graduates 134 Students
/Congratulations to the Mazama High School’s Class of 2019 graduates!
Mazama High School seniors celebrated their graduation Friday evening, walking across the stage and turning their tassels as their classmates, friends and family cheered.
Of the 134 graduates in the Viking class of 2019:
12 are the first in their families to earn a high school diploma
12 are going into the military; of those, one has been appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy.
Of the 12, five of those are fifth generation and one is sixth generation.
41 are going into the workforce
46 are going to attend a two-year college
29 are going to attend a four-year university
6 plan to attend vocational school
