A film version of the Broadway musical “Allegiance” will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at Pelican Cinemas in Klamath Falls.

The feature-length movie tells the story of a Japanese-American family that was incarcerated during World War II. Among the film’s stars is George Takei, best known for portraying the character Sulu in the original Star Trek television series.
