The Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) Unmanned Systems (OTUS) robotics team participated in the 21st annual International RoboSub Competition, an autonomous underwater robotics student competition held this summer at the Navy's underwater testing 
pool in San Diego, California.
