Oregon Tech Women’s Soccer Season Preview, Owls Picked 5th in CCC

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Fourth year women's soccer Head Coach Brandon Porter leads an Owls squad coming off a promising 2017 season that saw the team post a 10-7 overall mark, and a school record of 8-3 in Cascade Conference play. That record was good enough for a 3rd place conference finish before being knocked out of the CCC Tournament 1-0, by eventual runners-up Northwest University.

OIT XCountry Heads to CCC Championships Saturday

LA GRANDE, Ore. -  This Saturday the Oregon Tech Harriers travel to La Grande for the Cascade Collegiate Conference Cross Country Championships.  The Owls go into the Championships after a very good showing two weeks ago, that moved both teams up in the national polls.  The men are currently rated No. 24 nationally and No. 5 in the conference standings. While the women are No. 7 Nationally and No. 2 in conference ratings after their one-point loss to conference rival College of Idaho at William Jessup on October 21st.

Eastern Oregon Snaps Lady Owls Four Game Win Streak

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - The Lady Owls battled against the Cascade Conference's top team the Eastern Oregon Mountaineers, coming out on the tough end of a 2-0 result Saturday afternoon at the Oregon Tech Soccer Field as EOU remains perfect in CCC play at 6-0 and 7-2-1 overall.
 
Following a tightly contested first half that saw limited looks on frame, the Mountaineers broke through in the 69th minute with a goal by Nan Kiebert. As the Owls pressed forward EOU was able to pick up the insurance goal in the 79th minute by Taylor Boyer and then held onto their lead for the win.
