Wolves Visit Danny Miles Court this Weekend

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – The Oregon Tech men's and women's basketball teams will host Walla Walla University this weekend in Cascade Conference back-to-back double headers.
Saturday's games will begin at 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm with Sunday afternoon games scheduled for 2:00 pm for the women at 4:00 pm for the men.
 
The OIT men are ranked at No. 19 in the NAIA and have won six of seven games heading into Saturday's 8:30 pm match-up with the Wolves. Walla Walla is 5-11 on the season and 1-5 so far in Cascade Conference play with their lone win coming against Corban University who is 8-6 on the year and currently in 4th place in the CCC. Saturday will be the fifth meeting between the two schools with OIT leading the all-time series 4-0. OIT won at Walla Walla last year 111-67 and at home 93-84 to sweep the series.
 
The OIT women will enter this weekend's games against Walla Walla winners of three of their last four conference games with the lone loss coming on Tuesday night in overtime to No. 11 Southern Oregon University 83-79. Saturday will be the 5th ever meeting between Oregon Tech and Walla Walla with the Lady Owls winning all four previous games including a season sweep 114-41 in Walla Walla and 98-43 in Klamath Falls on January 7, 2017.

In the Klamath Basin the women's games can be heard on ESPN 93.3 FM & 960-AM. Air time with the Coaches' Show is 6:00 pm with tip-off to follow at 6:30 pm. The men's games can be heard locally on KLAD FM 92.5 with Mike Garrard, Bobby Thompson and Cooper Roberts doing the play-by-play. Air time starts at 8:00 p.m. with the Coaches' Show followed by the opening tip at 8:30 p.m.
