Benjamin Franklin is known for many things, including a quote, “…but in this world, nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” I agree with Mr. Franklin, but another thing to consider is that “change is inevitable.”

It is not surprising that to Representative Eric Werner Reschke the Klamath County Museums are just good museums. Representative Werner was born in California and raised, educated, and worked most of his life in the Portland/Willamette Valley area.
