Klamath Falls Holdings, LLC awarded the new Oregon Department of Human Services MultiService Center Klamath Falls, Oregon project

Klamath Falls – Klamath Falls Holdings, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rubicon Investments has been selected to develop a new Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) Multi-Service Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The facility will be developed as a replacement for existing DHS offices, consolidating them into one location.

The DHS facility will combine the offices for Child Welfare, Aging and People with Disabilities, Self-Sufficiency Program and Vocational Rehabilitation in one location. Rubicon Investments has experience with a DHS Multi-Service Center development with the creation of the DHS Roseburg Multi-Service Center within the Harvard West Development in Roseburg, Oregon. “We take great pride in the development of the DHS facility in Roseburg and we are honored that we have been chosen to develop the facility for the Klamath Falls community,” said Daniel Bunn, President and CEO of Rubicon Investments.

The new building will be developed in the Timbermill Shores development, adjacent to downtown Klamath Falls. This location is within the Central Business District, has proximity to public transportation and will breathe new life into the Timbermill Shores development.
