Gala Nominations Announced [VIDEO]

Today the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce announced the nominations for the 98th Annual Chamber Gala Awards. An awards ceremony that honors the local businesses, entrepreneurs and leaders through eight different awards categories.

“We had over 80 different nominations made for our 8 different awards that we will present at the awards Gala,” says Heather Tramp. “The Gala is our way of recognizing the good things that have happened in the past year for Klamath County and celebrate our achievements. Sometimes we are so busy and where we are going in the future that we don’t pause for a second to say, hey there is some cool things going on.”

The Awards Gala offers a chance for networking and mingling in a pre-show event held inside the lobby of the Ross Ragland Theater. At 7:00 pm action will move into the theater where the recipients of the awards will be announced. During the ceremony a casino with table games will be setup in the lobby for play after the ceremony. The casino is a fundraiser for many of the activities that the Chamber is involved with, such as; Chamber Government Affairs, Leadership Klamath Youth, and Leadership Klamath Program to name a few.
