KCFD1 & Oregon State Fire Marshal ask the public to celebrate responsibly this weekend

Klamath County Fire District 1 in cooperation with the Oregon State Fire Marshal’s Office asks that you celebrate America’s independence responsibly. Klamath County Fire District 1 recognizes current weather and dry conditions can lead to rapidly expanding fires caused by careless use of fireworks. Per Oregon law, the Fire District cannot prohibit the legal use of fireworks but urges you to only use legal fireworks in a safe and careful manner by practicing the “4 BE’s.”
