The end of the school year does not mean the end of learning in the Klamath Basin. There are summer schools and camps to keep students learning all summer long. 


Summer camps

Henley Basketball
Henley High School
June 19-21 - 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Grades 6-9

STEM&M Camp
Mazama High School
July 30 to Aug. 3, 10 a.m. to noon
Grades 2-6

Camp Invention
Roosevelt Elementary
July 23 to July 28, All day
Grades 1-8
Leadership grades 7-12

STEAM Camp
Lost River High School
Aug. 13-14, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Grades 1-6

All Sports Camp
Mazama High School
Aug. 13-16. 10 a.m. to noon
Grades 1-6

Summer School

High School Credit Recovery
Mazama High School
Two sessions: June 18 – July 24 & July 25 – Aug. 23

Migrant Summer School
Shasta Elementary
June 18 - July 13


Students have already enrolled in summer school at Migrant Summer School (hosted at Shasta Elementary this year) and high school credit recovery (hosted at Mazama High).

Elementary aged students can sign up for summer camps happening in June, July and August. These cover multiple interests, including sports, science and art. Most camps do include a cost.
