KCSO Executes search warrants for illegal grows

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - On July 20, the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office executed search warrants at two locations in Sprague River, Ore. for illegal marijuana grow operations. The search warrants were executed with the assistance of the Basin Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team and Klamath County Community Corrections. 

One suspected grower was taken into custody, Gonzalo Francisco-Cruz, 37, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Unlawful Manufacture of Marijuana.

The black market value of the marijuana and the volume of misappropriated water is not available at this time.
