KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Klamath Falls Walmart celebrated its 30th-anniversary in the basin on March 8, 2022. Many community members gathered to celebrate the impact of the Klamath Falls Walmart and its associates for the past 30 years.

The Klamath Falls store opened its doors on February 29, 1992.

During the celebration, two of the original associates, Christina Nelson and Tracy Eacret, were honored for their loyalty, dedication, and hard work at the store since it first opened in 1992. Their commitment to their roles has helped thousands of Klamath Falls customers save money so they can live better lives.

During the event, Walmart distributed grants to local community nonprofit organizations, including Heart with a Mission, Make a Wish of Oregon, and the Rip City Riders.

The Klamath Walmart invites local community members to stop by the store and help them continue making a long-lasting impact by dropping off kid-friendly foods for the Klamath Lake County Food Bank through spring break.
