Klamath Falls woman charged with Manslaughter after death of infant daughter

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - A Klamath Falls woman has been arrested on charges related to a fentanyl-related death of her infant daughter originally reported in July 2021.

On Wednesday, November 3, Klamath County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies arrested Kelsey Rose Randall, 24, of Klamath Falls for Manslaughter II, and Criminally Negligent Homicide in connection with the death of her 18-month-old daughter.

On July 28, KCSO deputies responded to assist on a medical call in the 19500 block of Main Avenue in Bly. Upon arrival, Deputies began an investigation into the deceased child.

An autopsy was performed and toxicology samples were collected. The recent toxicology results confirmed the cause of death was overdose due to fentanyl.

Additional charges may be filed. The incident remains under investigation.
