Klamath Health Partnership welcomes three new providers

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Klamath Health Partnership, a leader in patient care, is pleased to welcome Jenniffer Rodriguez MSN, FNP-C, Dr. Jordan Hoese, and Dr. Ralph Eccles to the medical staff.

Jennifer Rodriguez

Jennifer Rodriguez joins the practice after completing her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, Washington, District of Colombia in 2020 and is now a Family Nurse Practitioner.

“Jenniffer is tenacious and enthusiastic,” said Amanda Blodgett, Chief Executive Officer of Klamath Health Partnership. “Her in-patient experience brings valuable perspective to her clinical role. She is a terrific addition to Team KHP.”

Miss Rodriguez, now holding the rank of Captain, was also direct commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve (USAR), Nurse Corps, in 2013.  She initially served as a Medical Surgical Nurse for the 325th Combat Support Hospital located in Independence, Missouri.  After completing the Army’s Basic Officer Leadership Course in San Antonio, Texas, she was then mobilized and deployed to Soto Cano, Honduras, as a Nurse Staff and Officer in Charge of Medical Readiness Training Exercises, in support of Operation Central Skies in 2016.

In 2017, she was selected to attend the Army’s rigorous Critical Care Course in San Antonio, Texas where she was awarded the Intensive Care Unit area of concentration identifier.  Once awarded, she began to work as a Critical Care Nurse at University Health Systems, San Antonio, Texas and at the highest of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Miss Rodriguez began to work as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse at Oklahoma University Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,

Dr. Jordan Hoese

Dr. Jordan Hoese joins the practice after the completion of her residency at Cascades East Family Medicine.  Dr. Hoese received her Doctorate from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.  While in Texas she also earned her Master of Public Health degree from the UT Houston School of Public Health focusing on Global Health and Health Disparities.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Hoese to our team of outstanding healthcare providers,” said Amanda Blodgett, Chief Executive Officer of Klamath Health Partnership. “Dr. Hoese’s compassionate, welcoming demeanor makes her a perfect fit for Team KHP.”

Originally from southern California, Dr. Hoese interned at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland where she realized she most enjoyed the boots-on-the-ground approach to health of a family physician, working within communities to promote health, prevent disease and treat illness.  After graduating from residency in 2022, Dr. Hoese chose to stay in Klamath Falls and join KHP, an organization she believes shares her goal of bridging care gaps to meet needs and improve health both at the community and individual level.

Dr. Ralph Eccles

A native of Klamath Falls, Oregon Dr. Ralph Eccles graduated from Klamath Union High School.  Starting medical school in Pomona, CA, he completed all of his clinical training in Portland, Oregon.  Dr. Eccles served 14 years as General Medical Officer for the National Health Service Corps including Indian Health Service and military. He has also served as Medical Director of the Navajo Health Foundation and director of the Diabetes Prevention Program.

“Dr. Eccles’ experience and knowledge is second to none,” said Amanda Blodgett, Chief Executive Officer of Klamath Health Partnership. “His expertise is a perfect complement to our primary care team.”

In 2003 Dr. Eccles moved back to Klamath Falls and took a position at Cascades East Family Medicine Residency and in 2017 established his own consulting practice.  After taking a few years off, he says, “(I) missed taking care of patients and interacting with colleagues and I was thrilled to be accepted to practice part-time with Klamath Health Partnership.”
