KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - State Representative E. Werner Reschke (R-Klamath Falls) today announced his endorsement of State Representative and former House GOP Leader Christine Drazan (R-Canby) in the race for governor. Reschke made the announcement during campaign events with Drazan earlier today in Klamath Falls.

“Having worked closely with Christine, I know she has the right temperament, skills, and experience to tackle Oregon’s biggest problems of housing, homelessness, childcare, education, lawlessness, and healthcare,” Reschke said. “I enthusiastically endorse Christine Drazan for governor.”

Drazan, a Klamath Falls native, thanked Reschke for his support and said under her administration, the voices of rural Oregon would no longer be ignored.

“It’s great to be back in my hometown of Klamath Falls,” Drazan said. “It’s been an honor to work with Rep. Reschke through the years on a number of issues important to the basin and to rural Oregon as a whole. I appreciate having his support in this race for governor and look forward to continuing to collaborate with him as governor and to ensure the voices of rural Oregonians are finally heard again in our Capitol.”
