Some Evacuation Orders Lifted in Klamathon Fire Area

Effective Immediately

Klamath River Country Estates-The evacuation order has been reduced to a warning for the area East of Black Mtn. to Desavado Rd., South of the Klamath River to Ager Beswick Rd. Residents who live within these boundaries will need to provide identification to return to their residences. Access into this location can be made at the intersection of Ager and Ager Beswick Rd.

East Iron Gate Reservoir Estates-The evacuation order has been reduced to a warning for the area South of Irongate Reservoir/Klamath River will be the border, North of Ager Beswick Rd., East of Desavado Rd., and West of Copco Bridge. Residents who live within these boundaries will need to provide identification to return to their residences. Access into this location can be made at the intersection of Ager and Ager Beswick Rd.

Hilt/Colestin Area-The evacuation order for the communities of Hilt and Colestin Valley west of I5 have been reduced to a Warning.
Pheasant Valley Area-The evacuation warning has been lifted for the following area; East of I5, South of the Summit of Black Mountain, West of Ager and North of Yreka Ager Rd.

Airport Rd. Area-The evacuation warning has been lifted for the area Southwest of York Rd, West of Airport Rd., North Shelly Rd., and East of Ager Rd.

Bogus Mountain Area-The evacuation warning has been lifted for the area South of Ager Beswick Rd., East of York Rd. and West of Little Bogus Creek.

Notes

Fire personnel are still active in the area. Please reduce speeds and drive with caution. Access will be limited to residents only, no other public access will be granted at this time.

The cancellation of additional evacuation orders is being evaluated based on a variety of factors, including potential fire behavior, and the re-establishment of crucial infrastructure.
