City Parks announce winter closures

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Effective November 1, Moore Park gate hours will be changing for the winter season. The new gate hours will be 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Also starting November 1, all city park public restroom facilities will be closed for the winter season.
