SALEM, Ore. – Yesterday, Representative E. Werner Reschke (R-Klamath Falls) and 22 bi-cameral legislators sent a letter to the Oregon Water Resources Department outlining their concerns surrounding the Division 10 rulemaking on critical groundwater areas.
