KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Oregon Tech faculty are partnering with Oregon Tech Library’s Open Educational Resources (OER) program to reduce student costs associated with textbook materials, and over the past three years have saved Oregon Tech students $1,216,866 in textbook costs.

Oregon Institute of Technology, “Oregon Tech,” announced this week the appointment of John Schoppert, as its new university librarian in Klamath Falls, beginning April 1, 2019. Schoppert comes to Oregon Tech from his former position as library director of Columbia Gorge Community College.
