KLAMATH FALLS, - On Saturday, March 25, seventeen young women from Klamath and Lake Counties competed for over $28,000 in cash, scholarships, in-kind tuition, and the prestigious titles of Miss Klamath County 2023, Miss City of Sunshine 2023, Miss Klamath County’s Teen 2023, and Miss City of Sunshine’s Teen 2023.

/KLAMATH FALLS, Ore.—Two Oregon Tech students have been spreading awareness about major health concerns before taking the statewide stage this week at the Miss Oregon Scholarship Program. Payton Idrogo and Mackenzie Peterson competed for and won titles at the Women’s Scholarship Foundation of Klamath County’s 45th annual scholarship awards program in April and have used the time since to campaign for causes near to their hearts.

The pageant, with “Swing Time” theme, will be held at 6:00 PM at the Mills Auditorium on Saturday, April 13, 2019 Featured special guests will include 2018 Miss Klamath County Nicole Carter and Miss Klamath County Princess Rylee Hollingsworth and the 2019 Sister Act Princesses.
