Are you ready to carve up some trails? Now is the time and most of the area parks are open. Up on Mt Bachelor, skiers and boarders enjoyed power turns all day. Mt Ashland is sold out on lift tickets through Monday. Visitors to Mt Shasta were greeted by 10 inches of fresh snow on top of the 5 inches of machined snow.

Ski season is in full swing area ski resorts are open and the snow is looking good - over 100 inches reported at the upper section of Mt. Shasta at 6889 feet. More snow is expected at area parks this weekend. Ski resorts are now running their extras too - tubing hills, night skiing, sled dog rides, snowshoe tours, heli skiing and more.

Ski Report for January 11, 2019

Snow has been good for area ski resorts this season. Warner Canyon, Mt Ashland, Mt Bachelor, Mt Shasta and Willamette Pass are all open and are running 85% of their available lifts with an average of 36 inches of snow. Mt Bachelor is leading the with a base of 68 inches of snow. No area parks report fresh snow in the last 24 hours.
