Vaccine event June 19, earn $50 gift card

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Cascade Health Alliance (CHA) will host a free member-exclusive vaccination event with aspirations to further reopen the Klamath County economy and increase vaccination access for CHA members. All members ages 12 years or older who get vaccinated at the event will receive a $50 gift card to Grocery Outlet.

The event will run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center [2865 Daggett Ave, Klamath Falls]. Sky Lakes Medical Center staff will be administering the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine and the two-dose Pfizer vaccine.

Members must register by calling 1-833-606-4370. Walk-in is not allowed.

“The vaccines decrease the spread of COVID-19 and the need to social distance, which helps get our economy back on track,” says CHA President and CEO, Tayo Akins.  “We want to make sure our members have the best chance at avoiding illness and can start to get back to the activities they enjoy.”

This is a first dose vaccination clinic. All members who receive a dose will be provided a follow-up appointment card for July 10th. All members who receive the second dose at their follow-up appointment will receive a second $50 gift card.
