About Traci Reed
Traci Reed graduated from Bonanza High School in 1985. In high school she was part of the Langell Valley Swine Club and has loved 4-H ever since. After high school, she attended Eastern Oregon University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, later earned her Master’s in Educational Leadership at Washington State University in 2006. During this time, she joined the Oregon Army National Guard and spent 8 years as a truck driver and fuel specialist.

Since moving back to Klamath County 14 years ago, Traci and her husband Michael and son, Jordan, have been active volunteers in 4-H as a leader for the Merrill Super Swine, a 4-H Board Member, KBREC Success Team Leader, and the 4-H Youth Development Coordinator. Before OSU, she spent 25 years teaching English as a Second Language K – 12th grade before joining Oregon State University as the 4-H Coordinator for the past 4 1/2 year.

About Katy Baley
Katy Baley was born and raised in Klamath Falls. Growing up, she was a member of the Midland Mounties Horse Club, the Forty Swiners Swine Club, and was President of the Henley FFA Chapter. She has since been an avid participant in youth programs in Klamath County, including 13 years as a 4-H Leader. She graduated from Henley High School and went on to OSU to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development before attending SOU to attain her Master of Arts in Teaching Degree.

She met her husband, Jake, at OSU and they both returned to live in the area where they grew up. She was an elementary school teacher for 4 years before beginning her work with OSU Extension in 2017 as the 4-H Education Program Assistant. Katy and Jake welcomed their daughter, Hallie, in 2017 and look forward to watching her participate in the 4-H program in the future.
