The 2nd weekend of July welcomes the return of the 4th Annual Basin Brew & Q, Steen Sports Park’s signature summer event. This year’s family event will kick-off at 11:00 am on July 14, 2018 and continue until after dark with a long list of activities for every member of the family. New this year is a Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association sanctioned BBQ contest with teams competing from throughout the region.
Saturday July 14, 2018 at Steen Sports Park we are excited to be hosting the 4th annual Basin Brew & Q. New attractions this year include a Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association sanctioned BBQ competition, Porter entertainment’s 300’ zip line, and live music all day long with FAT Sexy closing out the night at 8:00 PM. Over 26 different beer and cider varieties will be on tap to sample, as well as BBQ samples from the competition. Also this year, Steen Sports Park will be hosting a Babe Ruth Baseball tournament all weekend, giving visitors even more entertainment options at the park. Klamath Corn Hole, Klamath KnockerBall, and Archery Tag will also be available to experience throughout the day. Come early to experience the BBQ competition and stay the rest of the day to experience everything the Steen Sports Park and Klamath Freedom have to offer.
