Community listening session set for Chiloquin

The following is a press release from

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - As part of the ongoing work to create a Klamath County community health improvement plan, a listening session will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, June 16, at the Chiloquin Community Center.

A light dinner will be offered, on a first come, first served basis.

Input will be sought on the following questions:

  • What are the top three health issues you are most concerned about in our community?

  • Are there challenges, or barriers, in meeting those concerns?

  • If you had to pick one focus for your personal health, what would it be?

  • There are many local agencies involved with community health, such as Cascade Health Alliance, Klamath County Public Health, Klamath Health Partnership, Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services, and Sky Lakes Medical Center. How can these and other agencies involved with community health better serve you?
