Community listening session set for Chiloquin
/The following is a press release from
KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - As part of the ongoing work to create a Klamath County community health improvement plan, a listening session will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, June 16, at the Chiloquin Community Center.
A light dinner will be offered, on a first come, first served basis.
Input will be sought on the following questions:
What are the top three health issues you are most concerned about in our community?
Are there challenges, or barriers, in meeting those concerns?
If you had to pick one focus for your personal health, what would it be?
There are many local agencies involved with community health, such as Cascade Health Alliance, Klamath County Public Health, Klamath Health Partnership, Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services, and Sky Lakes Medical Center. How can these and other agencies involved with community health better serve you?
