Ragland and Oregon Tech present 'May the 4th' movie event

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - The Ross Ragland and Oregon Tech present "May the 4th" a three-night movie event that will feature the Star Wars original trilogy on Ragland’s BIG Screen.

  • May 4th @ 7:00 pm "Star Wars-A New Hope"

  • May 5th @ 7:00 pm "Star Wars-The Empire Strikes Back" Celebrate Cinco De Mayo at the RRT.

  • May 6th @ 7:00 pm "Star Wars-Return of the Jedi"

Tickets: $10.00 Doors open at 5:00 pm. Covid-19 safety guidelines will be in place.

The Ragland and Oregon Tech are hoping this event brings students and the general public together to enjoy an epic classic and make a night of it. The lobby will host vintage 80's video games with the theme centering around Star Wars, food trucks Pour Horse and El Patron (on May 5th which is Cinco de Mayo) will be on-premise before movies start and costumes are encouraged.

“The Ragland enjoys collaborating with Oregon Tech when an opportunity presents itself. This event is a fun way to entice students and locals alike to come downtown, grab a bite to eat, and have a little fun!” said Director of Development and Marketing, Terra Russo.

“Oregon Tech is always looking for ways to get our students into the Klamath Falls community. We know we have a lot of Star Wars fans and we’re excited to help our students get to know the Ragland,” said Josie Hudspeth, the director of Oregon Tech Student Involvement & Belonging department.
