Approximate location of crash.

EDITORS NOTE
The information above was provided by OSP. Although, I happened to be traveling across the pass eastbound, just a few moments behind this crash. When I came up on the scene, the sun was blinding for westbound traffic.

A couple of miles and a few minutes earlier the Dodge involved in the crash, did pass my vehicle on the Medford side of the mountain at a significant rate of speed.

Damage to the Volkswagen was significant. The injured party, is lucky to have survived the crash. The Dodge ended up in the westbound ditch on its side.

Our thoughts go out to all those effected by this senseless and avoidable incident.

Please, slow down.
