On Monday, September 24, 2018, at 4:12 p.m., a motorcycle eluded a Klamath County Sheriff’s deputy in the area of Homedale Road and Foothills Boulevard. The rider, later identified as Glenn Skjerve, Jr., drove recklessly at high speeds through the neighborhood and nearby fields. Skjerve left the motorcycle behind a Kane Street residence and fled on foot; he was later taken into custody by deputies near that location.
