Wildfire Update: Modoc Lightning Fires 8/17/18 AM

Near Lower Rush Creek Campground, the Rush Fire was stopped at 0.2 acres and is now fully contained. The Quarantine Fire – two miles south of the Hwy 139 quarantine station – is approximately 27 acres and 65-percent contained. The North Fire – three miles southwest of Pine Creek Basin in the Warner Mountains – is one acre and 100-percent contained.
