KLAMATH FALLS, Ore.- 'Tis the season for holiday family fun! The 3rd Annual “Klamath Falls Singing Christmas Tree” moves to its new home at the Ross Ragland Theater this year. Graduation Sensation honors the Class of 2019 [VIDEO]

450 Seniors from schools around the Klamath Basin marched down Main Street to an event in Veteran’s Park in celebration of their big accomplishment, graduating from high school.

In its fourth year, Graduation Sensation is the biggest annual event for the Klamath Promise, which awarded $40,000 in scholarships and prizes this year to 70 recipients.

SLMC Funds Everyone Swims Program at Ella Redkey Municipal Pool

Klamath Falls, Ore. – Ella Redkey Municipal Pool received a grant from Sky Lakes Medical Center to provide funding for the Everyone Swims program for the next three years.

The Everyone Swims program give all third graders from Klamath Fall and Klamath County a week’s with of swim lessons at no cost to student or family. The program includes five, 30-minute swim lessons where students develop skills, build confidence and have fun with their peers in the water.

Triad High School held its 20th annual commencement ceremony on June 9th, 2018 at 3:00 pm.  13 students graduated from Triad on Saturday. Graduates included Blake Bay, Bennett Brown, Elijah Builta, Pete Drost, Daniel Eberhart, Isaac Franklin, Sarah McCuiston, William Mitchell, Kira Powless, Kylie Root, Shelby Wilson, Jesse Wolff and Gerald Yang.
