KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Even a cloud burst couldn’t dampen the smiles of the nearly 700 graduating high school seniors parading down Main Street today for the eighth annual Klamath Promise Graduation Sensation.

In its fourth year, Graduation Sensation is the biggest annual event for the Klamath Promise, which awarded $40,000 in scholarships and prizes this year to 70 recipients.
