TULELAKE, Calf. - Today’s thunderstorms caused outflow winds that contributed to rapid fire spread on the Caldwell Fire. The fire threatened the community of Tulelake, prompting evacuations in the area. The fire has spread to approximately one mile south of County Road 120.
