Additional charges for Wright and Parker as KFPD searches for more victims

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Detectives from the Klamath Falls Police Department have been actively investigating a case against Elliot Parker and Harland Wright stemming from their September 16, 2020, arrest for assault, robbery, kidnapping, and animal abuse. Detectives have now developed probable cause for additional charges against Parker and Wright.

Detectives located additional victims; and have additionally charged Wright with attempted murder, assault, robbery, kidnapping, and unlawful use of a weapon.  Probable cause was developed to charge Parker with the additional charges of robbery, kidnapping, and assault. 

It is alleged Wright and Parker physically assaulted a male victim for an extended period of time.  The victim was forced to strip naked and climb into a box before being transported inside the box to an unknown location; where he was tortured.  The victim was forced to remove a digit as a gun was held to his head. The victim alleges the entire incident lasted approximately three hours. 

Harland Wright and Elliot Parker remain incarcerated at that Klamath County Jail.

Elliot Donald Parker
DOB 7/20/1989

  • Kidnapping I (x2)

  • Menacing

  • Animal Abuse I

  • Attempt to Elude

  • Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle

As previously reported on September 16, 2020, Parker and Wright were arrested and charged with assault, robbery, kidnapping, and animal abuse. Probable cause was developed for the arrest of Parker and Wright after it was alleged both men had been involved with the kidnapping of an adult male victim, and then with the killing and mutilation of the victim’s dog. 

Detective still believe there are additional victims that are afraid to come forward.
