Gerhart Charged on Theft of $40k

In January 2018, the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Crescent Water Supply of Gilchrist, Oregon. It was reported an employee may have stolen from the business and an investigation was initiated by Sergeant Darren Frank of the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office.

On Friday (02/23/18) Darcy Gerhart was arrested and charged with Aggravated Theft First Degree, Forgery First Degree (40 counts) and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card (92 Counts). The total amount of funds alleged to have been taken totaled more than $40,000 over a two year period.
