In January 2018, the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Crescent Water Supply of Gilchrist, Oregon. It was reported an employee may have stolen from the business and an investigation was initiated by Sergeant Darren Frank of the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office.

Read MoreOn Wednesday, January 17, 2018, Klamath County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to 19549 Main Avenue in Bly, OR for a reported burglary and menacing that occurred at approximately 0535 hours. The victim identified the suspects as Charles ASKEW and Jeffrey JOHNSON. ASKEW and JOHNSON allegedly forced entry into the home, sprayed mace into one of the bedrooms, and as they were leaving were confronted by the victim. The victim had a pistol pointed at her by one of the suspects. Both suspects then left in a white Cadillac sedan.
