On Monday evening Ivan Chi, 44, of San Diego, California was arrested following an attempt to elude Klamath County Sheriff’s deputies.

Chi was driving a vehicle near the intersection of Crater Lake Parkway and South Sixth Street at about 6:00 PM when Sheriff’s deputies witnessed him making a turn and lane changes without using his signals.

A two-vehicle head-on crash occurred Friday, March 1, 2019, just after 6:00 PM along Highway 140 west of Klamath Falls, Ore.

Minutes before the crash, a driving complaint had been called into 9-1-1 on a Chevrolet Silverado reportedly driving in the oncoming lane. Shortly thereafter, a second call came into 9-1-1 reporting the crash near Varney Creek Road in Rocky Point.

Traffic Accident at 6th and East Main Claims Life of Motorcyclist, Driver Charged with Manslaughter

On Thursday, August 9, 2018 at approximately 10:06 pm, officers from the Klamath Falls Police Department responded to a traffic collision at South 6th Street near E. Main.  Officers arrived on scene and determined Brenda Ann Tobin was driving a Ford F350 east on South 6th Street and turned left, just east of E. Main Street directly in the path of two motorcycles approaching from the opposite direction.
